bitforge.top makes no warranty that (i) the Service will meet your requirements, (ii) the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable, (iv) the quality of any tools, information, or other material obtained by you through the Service will meet your expectations, or (v) any errors in the Service will be corrected. Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the Service is done at your own discretion and risk.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless bitforge.top, its contractors, licensors, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debt, or expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Service; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California for the purpose of litigating any claim or dispute arising from or related to your use of bitforge.top or these Terms.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

10. Changes to Terms

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
